Akela Award Hike 2008

The Akela Award Hike test is a compulsory component to achieve the award. To pass the test, cub scouts must complete a 10 km hike and submit a logbook within 2 weeks of the test. We will be having our test in Pulau Ubin on 26 Jan 2008, Sat. Boys are expected to report to school at 7.00 am. They will be dismissed at 4 pm from school.

All participating members are to bring along:
1. Writing materials
2. Water (about 1.2 litres)
3. Raincoat / poncho
4. Camera (optional)

Cub Scouts who are interested but have difficulies with the fee, please let any Adult Leaders know. We are a family. We will help you.

Please download and hand in the consent form, together with the fee, to the Scout Leader by 19 Jan 2008, Sat.
