World Scout Badge
All boys who are new to Scouting will have to undertake this simple entry test during the Recruit Training Camp. Recruits who have passed will undergo an Investiture ceremony, in which the St. Andrew's Scout Group scarf and the traditional yellow-piped cap will be presented upon making the Scout Promise, marking the start of their Scouting journey.

Bronze Arrow
The Bronze Arrow trains the Cub Scout in basic Scouting ideals of helping others, duty to God and self-development. Tests are relatively simple and motivates Cub Scouts to do better.

Silver Arrow
The Silver Arrow opens the Cub Scout to more challenging activities, ranging from nature study to sports, and scoutcrafts to simple community work. Tests varies in difficulties, and Cub Scouts are encouraged to try a wide variety of activities.

Gold Arrow
To fully reap the benefit of Cub Scouting, every Cub Scout should strive to achive the Gold Arrow. Tests' scopes are even wider and it offers more choices of challenging activities than those in Silver Arrow.

Akela's Award
The Akela's Award is the top honours for Cub Scouting in Singapore. Leadership is the key focus, and award is given only on recommendation of Adult Leaders, followed by an interview with the District Commissioner. Winners of Akela's Award will continue to wear the award badge when he enters the secondary school's Scout Troop.

Proficiency Badges
Proficiency badges caters to the interests and hobbies of every Cub Scout in the troop. The focus is self-education and minimal coaching is conducted at troop level. Each boy is encouraged to discover as much as he can in his area of specialty, using the requirements as a broad outline.
